What we do

We create stunning interior spaces which are comfortable, interesting, light, appropriate to their context, stylish, functional and memorable. These can be anything from country estates, to hotels, other commercial property, churches and buildings.

We work with private clients here and overseas, as well as with land agents, estate agents, estate managers, project managers and land owners.

How we do it

As experienced interior architects we understand what our clients want from their interiors, and how to successfully produce the best results.

We are in tune with interior architectural styles from Scots Baronial right through to Scandi chic and crisp minimalism.

Our interior architecture expertise allows us to apply a structured approach to a creative process.

Working with teams of professionals, we have delivered projects ranging from exceptional community buildings to exclusive lodges and castle hotels. No size of project phases us. We’re used to project managing, being executive architects and executing the whole design and build project ourselves. We often work with land agents, overseas clients, and project managers to deliver exceptional and impressive Scottish interior architecture projects.

We use Building Information Modelling (BIM) to integrate our information into the production drawing process, and inhouse CGI software to communicate our designs to all stakeholders.

Enabling a smooth process, no matter how largescale the interior architecture job is our priority. We are comfortable with handling building consents, contractors, and collaborating with or managing other parties involved in a project.

Good communication is at the heart of how we work. We are open minded, flexible and straightforward to deal with and always put our clients’ needs first.
